Data Deletion

Request deletion of personal or integration data

Use this page to understand how to request deletion of data associated with Datacore ERP accounts, website forms, or authorized integrations.

1. Submit the request

Email support@datacoreerp.com from the account associated with the request. Include your name, company, workspace or account email, the data concerned, and whether you want account data, website-form data, or integration data deleted.

2. Complete verification

We may verify identity, account ownership, and authority. Organization-controlled ERP data normally requires approval from an authorized organization administrator. Do not email passwords or identity documents unless we provide a secure method and specifically request them.

3. We assess the scope

We identify the relevant systems, processors, legal requirements, and contractual instructions. We may ask for clarification when deleting the requested data would affect other authorized users, accounting records, open disputes, security evidence, or continued service delivery.

4. Deletion or restriction

We delete, anonymize, or restrict the data where required and technically applicable. Some records may be retained where necessary for law, billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or legal claims. We will explain an applicable restriction where legally permitted.

Connected apps

Disconnect integrations and revoke permissions with Meta, WhatsApp, Google, payment, email, or other providers where applicable. A separate request to the third-party provider may be required for copies under its control.

Backups

Residual copies may remain in protected backups until they expire through normal rotation. They are not used for ordinary business operations and may be retained longer only where required for disaster recovery, security, or legal obligations.

Export first

Export any records you must keep before requesting account or workspace deletion. Deletion or anonymization may be irreversible, and we do not guarantee that deleted data can be restored.

Subscription status

A data deletion request does not automatically cancel a subscription, stop renewal, settle outstanding charges, or replace the cancellation process. Submit a separate cancellation request where required.

Post-termination data

Access may end when a subscription terminates. Unless a signed agreement, accepted order, or data-processing agreement states otherwise, Datacore ERP may begin deleting or anonymizing active customer content 30 days after termination. Review the data retention and deletion policy before ending service.
