When you connect tools such as WhatsApp, Google, email, or payment systems, Datacore ERP processes authorized data only for the connected workflow.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data where applicable under relevant laws and service agreements.

Support access

Authorized support staff, engineers and service providers under confidentiality and data-protection obligations may access relevant workspace data only as reasonably necessary for support, agreed maintenance, security or legal obligations. Optional remote sessions and material business-data changes require appropriate customer authorization. Support access does not authorize unrelated marketing, resale, public demonstrations or AI-model training.

Processing and retention

We retain data only for service, support, security, billing, legal, and other disclosed purposes, subject to the applicable agreement and law. Different categories may have different retention periods. Cross-border processing, subprocessors, and customer instructions must be addressed in the applicable processing agreement. Do not assume all data stays in the UAE or is retained indefinitely.
